A number our clients use us simply to advertise their properties on the internet. Our own website has a very high traffic, and our search engine positioning is second-to-none in the county. In this case we simply pass on email and phone enquiries to you, by email. In the most basic service you conduct viewings and negotiate the rent. We will then conduct the credit check and prepare the lease, together with a Standing Order mandate for payment to your acount.

This service is most suitable for experienced landlords, particularly those who have a large portfolio of properties and devote all or a significant part of their time to management of it. In particular it allows the landlord who wishes to do his own rent collection and property management a way of accessing the major property portals, such as RightMove and FindaProperty.com.
