I am looking for a plot of land or a house with a large plot of land I can build a house on. My preference is a land without planning permission so that I can obtain the permission myself.

Budget: up to £500k
Location: UK-wide or within all areas you cover
Size: anything up to the above budget
No Mortgage required and not selling own property
